One.Tel is a Centrica business. Centrica's vision is to be a leading supplier of essential services in its chosen markets, in order to maximise value to its shareholders. In Great Britain, Centrica use the One.Tel brand to deliver broadband, fixed-line and mobile telephony services.

minuco’s VBT product create’s a seamless integration layer between One.Tel’s provisioning, billing system and BT Wholesale and CPE partners. This integration layer provide’s One.Tel with order placement, order availability and order reporting functionality. The integration of the Vigilize solution was delivered within six weeks.


  
BT

BT Wholesale subsidiary venture Broadbandscope 'white labels' broadband and dialup circuits to a range of major organisations in the UK.

Minuco's Vigilize VProvisioning, VOpenOSS and VBT have been used in combination to supply a fully automated end to end web based order management and customer assurance system, allowing both Broadbandscope's customers's call centres and Broadbandscope's own call centres to place, manage and monitor circuit orders and issues from a single secure user interface. The Vigilize package implemented is fully integrated with the ventures own billing and inventory platforms as well as BT Wholesale's eCo gateway and CPE procurement houses.


  
Bulldog

Since being founded in 2000, Bulldgog has delivered a single-minded thought: to deliver customers more: more speed, more innovation, more value. Bulldog were voted Best Consumer Broadband ISP 2004 by ISPA. Bulldog became part of Cable & Wireless in May 2004.

Bulldog have a number of disparate back office systems for provisioning and service management. Bulldog use the Vigilize VBT product to deliver an integration layer to interact with BT Wholesale. The VBT product enables automated provisioning for a wide variety of broadband products, CPE and services such as Geographic number portability.


  
Fibernet

Fibernet Group plc specialises in delivering bespoke network services to large organisations and other service providers in the UK and Germany. Fibernet help them to achieve this by delivering individually designed managed network services designed to help improve the effectiveness of communication between systems and between employees.

minuco provides functionality that creates a seamless extension from the Fibernet corporate website to a customer self service extranet enabling customers to provision and manage fully unbundled broadband products. Customers are able to place orders, check order status and manage their customer account. This extranet is the primary vehicle for the delivery of flly unbundled broadband products and integrates directly with BT Wholesale.
