VProvisioning provides a solution to a service providers presales and service fulfilment requirements. VProvisioning can be integrated directly with the Vigilize VBT product to provide a full end-to-end ordering fulfilment process for services such as Broadband or Whoelsale Line Rental. If necessary, VProvisioning can be integreated with a telecommunication company's own messaging and workflow systems.
It can manage orders from the presale stage (availability checking) through to fully provisioned orders. Within the process all parties will be able to track the status of the order, edit it, make notes against it and store relevant configuration and customer/installation details.
VProvisioning has its own workflow module, which enables it to move the order through the correct process without user intervention. A Customer Contact Management (CCM) module is be used to store end-user customer details and additional service information such as login names and passwords, IP addresses, etc.
VProvisioning can be Integrated with the billing systems in order to notify the billing system of events such as an order being accepted by BT Wholesale, the product package that was ordered, customer details and notification to commence billing.
VProvisioning has a built-in reporting engine, which enables users to build up their own reports based on data within the system. An intuitive report-building screen is provided which enables the user to select the criteria for a report and the time window it will be run against. These reports can be saved within the user profile for future use.
